Refund Policy

1. Due to technical failure, if the transaction remains incomplete and the amount has been deducted from the devotee's account, then she/he will get a full refund after deducting reasonable facility charges. This refund is applicable only for Accommodation and Darshan facilities. In case of donation, a donation receipt will be sent to the devotee's registered address with Devasthan Trust.
2. After processing the refund, the devotee will get an automated Email.
3. Refund will be processed and initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
